the location was very nice, just steps from michalská brana! the staff were super friendly and made check-in easy. the breakfast buffet was simple, yet amazing, with plenty of options to start my day off right. the courtyard area was also a lovely spot to chill out and relax!!!

the room was somewhat dimly lit, which initially created a slightly unusual atmosphere.

I loved that the staff was so proactive and sent clear instructions for self check in, because our train arrived super late. Our room was a great size and impeccably clean, which i always appreciate! the breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!

The public parking recommended by the hotel was a bit of a trek. Most of the route was cobbled streets, and it made maneuvering with luggage tricky!

Quiet stay near Michael's Gate

The hotel is very close to the main pedestrian area and yet remains peaceful. The rooms were generously sized and clean. I found the check-in process to be smooth, with friendly staff making me feel welcome. The bed was very comfortable (the linen and pillows were great!).

The air conditioning made some noise in the room. This bothered me slightly.
