superb location cute staff top notch food

the location was superb. i found the staff very cute. the breakfast area and the food were top notch! i would recommend it.

totally awesome stay!

very nice location friendly staff amazing breakfast lovely courtyard

the location was very nice, just steps from michalská brana! the staff were super friendly and made check-in easy. the breakfast buffet was simple, yet amazing, with plenty of options to start my day off right. the courtyard area was also a lovely spot to chill out and relax!!!

the room was somewhat dimly lit, which initially created a slightly unusual atmosphere.

amazing stay in the heart of everything!

clear instructions great room delicious breakfast

I loved that the staff was so proactive and sent clear instructions for self check in, because our train arrived super late. Our room was a great size and impeccably clean, which i always appreciate! the breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!

The public parking recommended by the hotel was a bit of a trek. Most of the route was cobbled streets, and it made maneuvering with luggage tricky!

The hotel location is amazing. It's close to everything but tucked away on a charming narrow street, and that makes it feel wonderfully private. You can reach most attractions easily by foot.

The staff were the best, i mean the best. The receptionist was super attentive, and the breakfast staff were so kind and helpful. They were very good too ensure a super pleasant experience.

My room was really nice, i especially loved the fabulous shower. The room was also spotlessly clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided each day. It had all necessary amenities for a super comfortable stay!

Quiet stay near Michael's Gate

peaceful area clean room friendly staff comfortable bed

The hotel is very close to the main pedestrian area and yet remains peaceful. The rooms were generously sized and clean. I found the check-in process to be smooth, with friendly staff making me feel welcome. The bed was very comfortable (the linen and pillows were great!).

The air conditioning made some noise in the room. This bothered me slightly.
